Teknosa Academy

Teknosa Academy was founded in 2005 as an outcome of a distinctive project designed to instill a culture of standards and objectives within Teknosa, ultimately enabling the company to achieve a world-class organized retail chain structure. Since that date, Teknosa Academy has proudly maintained its position as the foremost academy in electronic retailing, setting the industry standard.

Teknosa Academy is engaged in identifying the training and development needs within the framework of career development at Teknosa. Furthermore, the Academy is responsible for developing the content and implementation methods of training and development programs to address these needs. The purpose is to provide for the personal, professional, and managerial development of our employees by accurately identifying their training needs and development areas. This allows us to train employees who meet Teknosa standards and contribute competent, service-oriented, and successful employees to the retail sector.

In line with our principles of "Continuous Training and Development" and "Equal Opportunity in Training," our employees can easily access up-to-date and accurate information through our training and development portal: www.teknosaakademi.com. In addition to face-to-face training sessions such as classroom and on-the-job training, we also support the development of our employees through various digital resources available on the Teknosa Academy portal.

Teknosa Academy portal offers a variety of rich resources to all employees, including e-training, videos, blog posts, and digital reading materials.

The activities performed at Teknosa Academy to ensure equal access to training opportunities for all employees and to ensure the continuity of learning in the face of rapidly advancing technology are as follows:

Our newly recruited employees at the headquarters are included in the "HQ Orientation Program", as well as the "Store Experience" program;

The "Trainer Guides" for the programs implemented by store managers as mentors and instructors for our newly hired employees at the stores are presented in the "e-orientation" section of Teknosa Academy. This enables store managers to gain essential guidance during this training program and provides them with the opportunity to directly acquaint themselves with the newly onboarded employees under their supervision through Teknosa's professional development resources.

In addition to in-classroom training, we also organize various training programs for on-the-job training through live streaming connections from the Teknosa Academy center to our stores. These programs provide essential information on vocational training for our employees receiving on-the-job training at specified intervals. Following these training sessions, follow-up activities and feedback sessions are also organized. These efforts are further supported by store visits by our Training and Development Managers.
