At Teknosa, we carry out our activities with awareness of the importance of a sustainable, transparent and traceable supply chain for the continuity of our operations. We demand our suppliers of our products and services to continue their activities within the framework of the rules that Sabancı Holding and our Company expect to be followed throughout the value chain and to adopt our rules focusing on the environment, human rights, occupational health and safety and business ethics.
 
With this understanding and awareness of our responsibility, we measure the continuity and effectiveness of the quality management system in our supply chain processes in line with our Quality Policy and take actions for any areas of improvement identified.
 
For an agile and sustainable supply chain, we precisely monitor the key performance indicators we have identified (on-time delivery, inventory and product safety, cost information, etc.), operate in an omnichannel model, and comply with the legislation applicable to our products and services.
 
We take into account many issues such as quality and diversity when selecting our suppliers. We store our products in our Teknosa Logistics Center, which has an open area of 30,000 m² and a closed area of 30,000 m², and from there we ship our products to our stores, Iklimsa authorized dealers and to our customers through our online platforms. We conduct research and carry out various studies in order to reduce the negative effects of transportation.
 
We carry out our operations with awareness of the importance of Sustainable Supply Chain in terms of continuity of our operations. We measure the continuity and efficiency of our quality management system with the use of modern management techniques in our supply chain processes through our Quality Policy issued based on this awareness, and we take actions for any necessary improvements. Having a responsible, sustainable, transparent, and traceable supply chain in Teknosa is among our Priorities.
 
We follow our processes meticulously by identifying timely delivery, stock and product safety and cost data in our supply chain as the key performance indicators (KPI). We offer the omni-channel experience to our customers to have a more agile and sustainable supply chain and ensure the compliance of our products and services with the regulations expected to be put into force.
 
Being a critical step of our supply chain journey, supplier selection is performed based on needs and in consideration of several concepts including quality and diversity. We store our products in Teknosa Logistics Center and ship them to the İklimsa Authorized Dealers and our customers through our Online Platforms. Our customers can contact us and obtain information through 17 different channels in total in pre-sales and aftersales processes. Furthermore, we conduct various surveys to minimize any negative impact resulting from the shipment of our products.
 
We have the largest logistics center in the industry located on a 30,000 m2 outdoor area and 30,000 m2 indoor area!
 
After our products are delivered to our customers, we continue to support them with our after-sales services. We extend the life cycle of the products sold and create added value in our value chain thanks to service and repair options such as “TeknoGuarantee”, “In-Store Service”, “On-Site Installation”,“Remote Technology Support Service” and “Full Support Service Packages” offered by Tekno Service. Besides, we support our customers for all their needs related to air-conditioning through our İklimsa Authorized Services providing services at many locations across Türkiye.
