Sustainable Supply Chain Policy

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

As Teknosa İç ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. (Teknosa), we recognize the significance of our suppliers within our value chain and endeavor to create sustainable value by fostering strong collaborations with all stakeholders. We consider it one of our fundamental responsibilities to ensure that our suppliers adhere to environmental, social, and ethical standards. With this policy, we aim to disseminate our sustainability approach to all our suppliers in line with our responsible supply chain principles, thereby creating collective value.

2. POLICY

In line with our sustainable supply chain approach and responsible procurement principles, we continue our efforts to fulfill the following commitments throughout our entire value chain:

Establishing fair and transparent relationships with our suppliers,
Continuously strengthening communication with suppliers through various communication channels,
Informing, raising awareness, and organizing activities such as training sessions, where necessary, to create awareness among all stakeholders, both internal and external,
Evaluating our suppliers based on their environmental and social performance and prioritizing them accordingly whenever possible based on these evaluation results,
Preferring local suppliers provided they meet the appropriate conditions.

Within this scope, we expect our suppliers to:

Act in compliance with binding national and international legal regulations and relevant Teknosa policies throughout all their processes,
Refrain from employing child labor, prevent forced labor, and avoid employing individuals without social security or in violation of laws,
Respect human rights and adhere to Teknosa's Code of Business Ethics,
Prioritize occupational health and safety while complying with legal standards,
Prevent all forms of discrimination based on race, color, gender, sexual orientation, religion, marital status, pregnancy, age, etc., and adhere to the principle of equal pay,
Not tolerate any form of harassment, exploitation, or intimidation,
Respect freedom of association,
Engage in responsible production and/or consumption by conserving natural resources, calculating their environmental impacts, and working towards reducing carbon emissions and waste,
Transparently share necessary information and documents upon request within the framework of supplier audits or evaluations,

and collaborate with Teknosa regarding all the specified areas. Additionally, we expect our suppliers to extend information about this Policy to the members of their supply chain and ensure their compliance with these standards.
