Recruitment Process:
 
Assessment: Resumes that align with the position criteria are thoroughly reviewed.
Interview: Competency-based and technical interviews are organized with the participation of the recruitment team and department leaders.
Assessment Inventory: Suitable candidates are directed to take a General Aptitude Test, a Personality Inventory, and an English Test.
Competency Assessment: Position-specific technical tests, case studies, and assessment center applications are performed.
Job Offer: A job offer is made to the eligible candidate after checking their references.
