Oğuzhan POYRAZOĞLU

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER - TECHNOLOGY

Oğuzhan Poyrazoğlu graduated from the Department of Control and Computer Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and subsequently completed an Executive MBA at Işık University. 

He began his career in the Technology division of Yapı Kredi Bank and later held various positions in software development and technology management at Koç.net, Turkecom Technology, and Doğan Group. During his tenure as CTO at Doğan Online, he led numerous technology and product development projects across e-commerce, digital publishing, online advertising, and internet ventures. As Deputy General Manager at D&R, he restructured the company’s e-commerce operations and implemented digital growth strategies. Between 2013 and 2023, he served as CTO/CPO and Executive Board Member at eBay Türkiye (GittiGidiyor), where he was responsible for technology, product development, and information security organizations. In this role, he led the company’s agile transformation, cloud and microservices architecture transformation, and AI-driven product development initiatives. Following this, Poyrazoğlu took on technology and AI-focused consulting roles and later served as Country Manager at ScaleFocus Türkiye, where he led the growth strategies for the company’s operations in Türkiye and the broader Middle East region.
