Ebru SAYILAN NEBOL

INDEPENDENT BOARD MEMBER

Ebru Sayılan Nebol holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and an MBA from Koç University with majors in Corporate Finance and Operations Management.

She started her career at Koc Holdings as Strategic Planning Specialist then moved to Koctas Yapi Marketleri TAS as Commercial and Supply Chain Director. She moved to the UK in 2010 and started working as Category Director then as Commercial Director at B&Q Ltd, which is a Kingfisher Plc, a UK-based retail group, affiliate. As of 2014 she started working for Kingfisher Plc, where she held several roles, as Group Category Director, Group Franchise and Partnerships Director, and Group Business Development and Partnerships Director. During this period, she served on the JV Board of Directors (March 2020 – May 2024) of Koçtaş Yapı Marketleri Ticaret A.Ş., Kingfisher plc’s joint venture in Turkey.

She has been on the Advisory Board of See for Yourself doo, an AI/AR company that builds real-time product visualization solutions for home-improvement, since December 2025.
