Huriye PANDUL

DEPUTY CHAIR

Huriye Pandul has over 25 years of experience in finance, audit, risk management and financial control. A graduate of the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Middle East Technical University, Pandul began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the same year.

Pandul joined Sabancı Group in 2004 and has since held various management positions across finance, financial affairs, reporting and financial control within the Group. From 2013 to 2019, she served as Finance Group Manager and subsequently as Finance Director at Enerjisa Retail.

From 2019 to 2025, Pandul served as CFO of Sabancı University. In 2025, she was appointed Group Financial Control Director at Sabancı Holding. Since August 2026, she has been serving as Group Financial Control and Risk Director at Sabancı Holding, bringing extensive experience in financial management, internal control, risk, audit and corporate governance.
