1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

As Teknosa İç ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. (Teknosa), we aim to evaluate the environmental impact of all our operations while catering to our customers' needs through various sales channels, an extensive range of products, and service options. Our goal is to ensure environmental protection and minimize our environmental footprint across all our activities.

2. POLICY

At Teknosa, our commitment to minimizing our environmental footprint and enhancing our environmental performance at every stage of our value chain includes the following:

Adhering to national and international environmental standards and legal regulations, acting in alignment with our obligations,
Establishing goals with the contributions of our senior management to continually enhance our environmental performance, regularly monitoring and reviewing these objectives,
Periodically reporting our environmental performance, the environmental impact of our activities, and the value we create to the public in compliance with global standards, consistent with our responsibility and transparency principles,
In line with our commitment to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050, determining strategies to calculate and reduce our greenhouse gas emissions and sharing these efforts with all our stakeholders through the Carbon Disclosure Project's Climate Change Program,
Embracing an effective waste management system based on the principles of circular economy and waste hierarchy for the waste generated from our operations,
Operating under the principle of responsible consumption throughout all our operations, adopting environmentally friendly practices and technologies, maximizing water and energy efficiency,
Executing activities to combat the climate crisis and transition to a low-carbon economy by identifying climate-related risks and opportunities,
Conducting responsible actions to prevent ecosystem degradation and preserve biodiversity in all our operations,
Enhancing environmentally sensitive products and services, encouraging responsible consumption among our customers,
Making efforts across all stakeholders to promote environmental awareness,
Facilitating the participation and collaboration of our employees, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to achieve our goals,
Implementing projects, audits, and training programs to enhance our suppliers' environmental performance,
Ensuring the provision of necessary resources by senior management for the implementation of activities aligned with the Environmental Policy.
